From what I&#039;ve read, it doesn&#039;t look like there has been any real consultation, but some of the steps noted in the story - such as the bed reservation system and the 24 hour opening - seem like they might help reduce the damage done to the neighborhood.  

Still, I&#039;m glad I don&#039;t live around there.</description>
