I’m on the Bill Good show this morning with Daniel Fontaine, blogger and former Sam Sullivan chief of staff, talking about all things civic civilly. I think.

why on eart is daniel fontaine on with you frances? He’s not a real journalist but just a political flack for the NPA! Put him on a political panel CKNW with someone from Vision and let them go at it.

I couldn’t agree more. The Bill Good Show is great radio, but they do themselves a HUGE disservice by having on such a partisan hack.
citycockus have put out umpteen stories…I’ve counted THREE with great relevance (and well-written) and the rest are one-sided pablum or Mikey mind vomit.
Daniel is a paper shuffler, not a pundit. Allen Garr or Monte Paulsen would be far, far better (dispassionate and fair) panelists.

Not a usual radio listener but did this time.
I was surprised by Daniel and not in a bad way. He was civil, more balanced than one could imagine and not at all the pompous ass I thought he would be.
It sounded at the end like Bill Good invited both back next week. Is this a weekly thing Frances or did I misunderstand?

LP,
As far as I know, it’s a weekly thing from now on. Every Tuesday, 9-10. Stay tuned.
